Aimesoft to Showcase Multimodal AI Solutions at Vietnam International Innovation Expo 2025

Aimesoft participated in the Vietnam International Innovation Expo 2025 (VIIE 2025), taking place from October 1 to 3, 2025, at the National Innovation Center (NIC) in Hoa Lac, Hanoi.

VIIE 2025 is one of the most prominent events in Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem. Held in conjunction with National Innovation Day 2025, the expo aims to promote the adoption of advanced technologies and foster collaboration among the government, enterprises, research institutes, startups, and investment funds. The event is expected to attract around 40,000 visitors, featuring over 100 booths, specialized forums, workshops, STEM experience zones, and interactive innovation activities.

At this exhibition, Aimesoft will join Toshiba and other leading technology companies to showcase cutting-edge Multimodal AI applications. We are proud to present two flagship tools AimeNote and AimeDoc — designed to help businesses and organizations enhance communication, manage content efficiently, and optimize smart working processes.

AimeNote is an AI virtual assistant for online meetings. Leveraging multilingual AI technology, it automatically converts speech to text, translates across languages in real time, summarizes key insights, and enables instant sharing of meeting notes. This helps businesses save time, minimize manual errors, and improve the efficiency of multilingual collaboration.

AimeDoc is an AI virtual assistant that enables users to create business proposals, reports, and strategic documents in just minutes. It analyzes input data, automatically structures documents, suggests relevant content, refines language, and exports results in multiple formats. By automating these tasks, AimeDoc helps reduce over 50% of drafting workload while enhancing document quality and professionalism. 

Both tools are powered by Aimesoft’s Multimodal AI technology. Multimodal AI is a new AI paradigm, in which various data types (image, text, speech, numerical data) are combined with multiple intelligence processing algorithms to achieve higher performances. 

Aimesoft’s booth attracted a large number of visitors, partners, and technology experts who came to experience the company’s products firsthand.
